Udache has found a realistic surplus of workers in the areas of construction, hotel front desk staff, hair dressers, massage therapist, housekeeping, lab ours, nurses, and at every level from general workers to management.
Udache is promoting over 2000 workers from the Dominican Republic through two sources being a person by the name of Nelson Gomez and through a recruitment team company located in the Dominican Republic. These workers have the experience, dedication, and morals that are exceptional.
Udache understands that because of the recession not only in Canada and North America but world wide has put a halt to bringing in foreign workers in the occupations Udache has workers for because of the thousands of workers in Canada out of work at this time. Udache is committed to ride the wave of this recession and be there for the workers and the Canadian Employers when the doors open up again to allow these foreign workers to migrate to Canada. As far as a time frame goes Udache has no crystal ball and nor does the Government of Canada but it is very clear all are working in a direction that will see the end to this deep recession which we hope is sooner then later.
