Udache will provide the expertise to the companies in the area by assessing the employee in person overseas, assisting the company and the employee with all required documentation to ensure there are no fraudelent documents, ensure that the applications arrive at the immigration offices overseas and at the embassy's, give human rights training to all employees prior to them leaving their homeland, ensuring that they arrive in Canada by travelling with them and assisting in the introduction to the new employer.
